Percol is a Belgian personal-finance simulator. You enter your own figures and it shows what they imply under Belgian rules — capital-gains tax, mortgage, registration duties, pensions. The simulator, and comparing your situation against your own scenarios, is free. The decision simulators, which apply the Belgian rules to a specific choice, are paid.

Free — no account needed, no card

Paid — the decision simulators

Full access unlocks all of this:

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT; the exact tax is calculated at checkout based on your country. When the period ends, access simply stops — your saved figures and scenarios stay yours, only the decision simulators lock again.
